Action Aminoglycosides inhibit bacterial protein synthesis. Polymyxins bind to
bacterial cell membrane increasing permeability. Corticosteroids inhibit
arachidonic acid release .

Usage Indicated for ocular surface inflammation where superficial bacterial

Inadequate coverage against: Serratia marcesens and streptococci,
