Dosing 1 drop daily beginning 1 day before cataract surgery,
the day of surgery and continue for 2 weeks.

Class NSAID (COX inhibitor.)
Action Inhibits prostaglandin synthesis.
Usage Indicated for the treatment of inflammation and reduction of ocular pain
post cataract extraction.
Discontinue use on evidence of corneal epithelial breakdown.
Contraindications Hypersensitivity to any ingredient in the formulation. (Contains sulfite.)
Pediatric use Safety and efficacy in patients below the age of 18 not established.
Pregnancy Category C. Fetal lethality with dosage at 1300 times the normal human ophthalmic dose.
Reduced incidence of sting; fewer reported adverse events; 0.005% BAK
concentration. All topical NSAIDs may slow or delay healing.
Avoid in late pregnancy.
