| Dosing/ EKC | Pre treat with topical anesthesia and NSAID (Acular LS). Instill 4-5 gtt Betadine 5%, pt rolls eyes 60 seconds. Treat margins with soaked swab. Then lavage with sterile saline. Post treat with NSAID. (Some advocate Rx Lotemax qid for 4 or 5 days and oral pain med on day 1.) |
